DevOps Lead
Green:Code is a joint project between Škoda Auto and Etnetera Group, combining the best of the automotive industry and modern technology. We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead who will be a key member in implementing projects for Škoda Auto. In addition to technically leading DevOps activities on innovative projects, you will have the opportunity to drive the DevOps team forward, both professionally and personally, and expand the team with additional specialists. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to take responsibility and bring new ideas.
What will you do?
- Ensure smooth operation of DevOps processes for mobile and web applications,
- coordinate and support teams in different areas (security, AI, mobile development),
- design DevOps architecture for new projects and oversee CI/CD implementation,
- lead, mentor and develop a team of 11 colleagues.
What do you know and have?
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer,
- knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services,
- knowledge of agile development,
- experience in team management,
- a sense of humor and a positive outlook,
- English at a communicative level.
