IT Project Manager

What will you do?

• You will be the right hand of the Product Owner, helping to expand their product into other brands of the group,
• manage projects and assist in creating roadmaps,
• set up reporting systems,
• ensure effective communication between the development team and stakeholders,
• lead negotiations with other partners,
• oversee adherence to the chosen project methodology,
• monitor milestones and make necessary adjustments to schedules in a timely manner.
• understand applications from an architectural perspective,
• lead technical discussions.

What do you need to know, have, and be skilled in?

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure,
• at least 3 years of experience in IT project delivery, and practical knowledge of the SDLC,
• understanding of principles for developing mobile (Android) and web applications,
• ability to extract the best practices from basic concepts like ITIL, EAM, Lean, PRINCE2, and agile frameworks, adapting them to the specific situation or product,
• capability to coordinate third-party subcontractors,
• comfortable communicating with clients in English,
• knowledge of the IT environment at Škoda Auto is an advantage.
